FISCAL
UNIT The Fiscal Unit is responsible for all Probation Agency fiscally related functions. These functions include: 1) budget development, monitoring and reporting; 2) all aspects of payroll; 3) purchasing; 4) accounts payable; 5) reconciliation of the Agency bank and trust accounts; 6) collection and accounting support of the Work Furlough and Work Release programs; and 7) the claim preparation and collection on seventeen (17) separate grant/entitlement/reimbursement programs.
